- Drop laptop-mode-tools from rpmsrate-raw, it can't be installed while pm-utils
  is installed, as they conflict
- Install icedtea-web not only on TYPE"64bit"

The laptop-mode-tools bit should prevent issues like this

i.e. harddrake barfing as it tries to install laptop-mode-tools which
conflicts with the already installed pm-utils.
