[Mageia-dev] Credits for Mageia

Hi there

Quick questions about credits. I'm on it to update credits about
Mageia contributors. What shall we do about previous Mandriva
contributors inside ?
- remove it as we are talking about Mageia current distro
- keep all list as they contributed to Mandriva (list is not complete,
and still a long one to maintain)
- add a general mention to Mandriva contributors about their hard work
