It was clear to me the first time: in Mandriva the arrangement was that
such data had to be sent to the Cooker ML with subject including:
[ hardware ] in which case one of the devs (Pixel, Thierry, ...) would
add the data in svn.

I guess this arrangement may still need to be set up in Mageia.
