Ah, the spec contains :

138	desktop-file-install \
139	    --add-category="FileManager" \
140	    --add-only-show-in="XFCE" \
141	    --dir %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/applications
%{buildroot}%{_datadir}/applications/thunar-settings.desktop

Which is not correct
