This is caused as the images plymouth uses for the logo and bubbles
are the same resolution as the background, it was done as getting the
scaling to work otherwise was going to be difficult. If you know
anything about plymouth scripting, please feel free to correct the
problem.

This is a simple one to fix, just take the background from 1 and
replace the logo on the new ones with where it is. I should have
thought of doing that....

Again, if you know anything with plymouth scripting just fix the
issue. I imagine that changing the scale from having no multiplier to
0.7 or so would be enough.
