Actually looking at my list of packages with /var/run problems I notice
you updated quagga.

The change
(http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/quagga/current/SPECS/quagga.spec?r1=261982&r2=329766)
was basically a noop as /var/run is just a symlink to /run anyway.

I've now updated the package to properly use tmpfiles as mentioned in my
original reply to this message.

Can you double check it's OK?
