Yes, the NC would prevent someone from selling the cd without explicit
permission from upstream. This include selling the cd for a symbolic
price ( like 1 euro ) for a free software fair.

I guess, yes. If we really want to be clean, we should put obsoletes in
mageia-release or somewhere like that.
