perl-Test-Spelling has been taken care of.

perl-Padre-Plugin-SpellCheck is currently being worked upon upstream,
i'll update it as soon as it's done.

perl-Lingua-Ispell needs to be obsoleted, but i cannot find a
task-obsolete package as we talked about - any news about this?
