[Mageia-dev] RPM filetrigger doesn't take effect on icon changes

Hi there,
while working on https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=107 we
noticed, our file triggers don't sometimes take effect on changes
directly in /usr/share/icons.

This is a problem that does affect KDE only as far as I can see it.

The result is, when an icon in /usr/share/icons changes, the kde icon
cache of the existing users isn't updated. So my fix to Bug 107
(replacing those wrong icons) doesn't work on KDE (while it does on
other desktops).

Can this be fixed somehow?
