I am not sure this is a postfix issue, I found this in postfix spec
file:

%if %{with dynamicmaps}
for i in lib/*.a; do
    j=${i#lib/lib}
    install $i %{buildroot}%{_libdir}/libpostfix-${j%.a}.so.1
done
%endif

The libpostfix-${j%.a}.so.1 look really suspicious (hardcode major,
shell magic replacement, ...).
