FYI and BTW, users shouldn't use 'mgarepo sync -c' anymore as there's no
need for it. It just pollutes the changelog ML and #mageia-commits.

IMHO we should drop the whole -c switch.

'mgarepo sync' and 'mgarepo ci' or 'svn ci' after spec is modified and
the new source is downloaded is enough to upload the new source files,
spec and sha1.lst (all in single commit). You can use 'mgarepo sync -d'
instead of 'mgarepo sync' to also dl the sources.
