[Mageia-dev] Proposed Feature: Chrony as default NTP client

As Fedora has done, the proposal to change the default NTP client to chrony:

This has advantages pretty much everywhere, but especially to laptops, desktops, and VMs.

It would impact the DrakX (installer and control center) code.
