[Mageia-dev] Slowly pushing GNOME 3.5.3

There are various difficulties:
- evolution-data-server saw huge changes, requiring changes all over the
  place
- wants a new systemd, which is still being tested
- various new dependencies

I've pushed just the easy stuff, leaving the more difficult things for
later.

Also,
gnome-panel 3.4.3 should NOT have been released as 3.4.3; doesn't belong
in Mageia 2, etc. Reason: relies on evolution-data-server 3.5.3! Plus,
pretty hefty code changes (ported to gsettings instead of gconf).
