It might be this bug:

To workaround it, disable NetworkManager , change
"NM_CONTROLLED=yes" to "NM_CONTROLLED=no"
in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 (or of your
networking interface is) and restart the "network" service".
