[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: ffmpeg 0.10.2

Hello,

Could somebody push ffmpeg 0.10.2 into core and tainted? It fixed a
lot of bugs and crashed in almost all the codecs, and a potential
security overflow in libswscale.
