[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: pidgin-sipe

Hi,

Can you please push pidgin-sipe.
The new version (1.13.0) is a bug fix version:
- add TLS-DSK authentification scheme (mandatory for Office365)
- add non-public Lync support
- fix build vith latest glib2
- refactored crypto code
- remove kopete backend (telepathy now)
