[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: mpg123

This contains only two changes from our last version, both bugfixes.

One is a fix for an issue where mpg123 goes into an infinite loop when run from
a current working directory that has been deleted.  The other is a fix to very
verbose (-vv) output.  I've confirmed that it builds, installs, and functions.

I think this will be my last freeze push request.  :D
