[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: maradns

Hi, can someone please push maradns? This is a bugfix only upgrade from 
1.4.10 to 1.4.12 and contains a fix for 
http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2012-1570 which allows a 
malicious outsider to keep cached records from expiring from the resolver.
