[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: pidgin

This fixes CVE-2012-2214 and CVE-2012-2318.  There's also a pending update for it for MDV 2010.2 and Mageia 1.

I built it locally and confirmed that it works.

Note that there's an incomplete build in updates_testing that should be removed.
