[Mageia-dev] build system doesn't use the last ocaml compiler uploaded

Hello,

We have updated the ocaml compiler to its last version, but an error
made that some ocaml libraries don't pass the build system, here is an
example:

I see in this log that it uses the compiler version: ocaml-4.00.0-2.mga3

The problem should be solved with ocaml-4.00.0-3.mga3

although this one was uploaded 12 hours ago [2], the build system
continues to use the mkrel 2.

So what's wrong ? why the build system uses the old compiler ?
Is there some delay we should wait ? If so how many hours ?
