[Mageia-dev] how to get your scanner sharing working

it took a while for me to find it, but:

1. open up tcp/6566 firewall
2. in mcc scanner make sure you give access to only a few ips, the "all 
computers" selection does NOT work.
3. add saned to the lp group if you have a printer+scanner setup
4. don't forget to restart the xinetd service manually afterwards

TODO: 
3) i guess someone could add saned to lp group by default
4) and convert the saned xinetd to systemd too
