Interesting differences here in Marrakech (Morocco).
   (Using Samsung NC110 netbook)

Mageia-2 connects effortlessly to hotel's SSID (including at boot).

Mageia-3-Alpha2 (using NetworkManager) always fails to connect.
Mageia-3-Beta2 (not   "     "        ) always fails to connect.

Anything anyone would like me to try?
