What's with the zero?
ubuntu and ohters version it at 1.0.0.21 and suse has it as 2.

As to the rpm, personally I would not even include the 
bootstraplinux_ubuntu12_32.tar.xz, but instead add a 
README.urpmi advising the user to:
1) launch steam As user
2) when the pop-up appears select re-install,
   it will then dl and install the current steam to 
   ~local/share/Steam/.
3) To disregard any terminal pop-up listing additional pkg that 
   need to be installed as these listings are done for ubuntu.

I got it and the steam linux Half-Life beta installed and running here.
