[Mageia-dev] php packages failing to build

The following packages don't build anymore. 
The php-5.4(zend) patches have been applied, but there are a lot of other issues.
All of them haven't seen any upstream activities fir 2 years.

I propose to move them to obsoletes if nobody complains or steps I will do it early next week:
