Yes.  We're in a freeze period and shouldn't generally be switching to newer stable branches without a really good reason to do so.

Squid 3.2.x is still supported upstream, and isn't terribly old, so should be supported for a while I'd expect.

3.3.x is brand new.  It can wait for after Mageia 3.
