it may well be accidental, but i still consider it spam. this should be 
reported, but usually in mailing lists, it is not advised as an individual to 
report it, but the -sysadmins to do this sort of thing.

I'm cc'ing sysadmin, to ask what the policy is regarding spam on ML.
