There sort of is one: https://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=57568

and it has something of a history.  64-bit installs via HTTP work, but 
only if you specify the X86_64 directory.  32-bit installs are capable 
of figuring out from the top-level cooker/cauldron directory and the 
architecture which subdirector(ies) they should be using.
