[Mageia-discuss] packages :: propose (request) new packages

Hi guys! First let me tell you that you do a fantastic job .. i really
hope that you can bring to the old mandrake spirit the glory of old times :)
2 questions :
1. where can i ask/propose for inclusion new packages (scientific)?
2. is there a page with packaging howtos?
