What mirror are you using ?

Can you show output of this command ? 
$ urpmq --sources libreoffice-base libreoffice-opensymbol-fonts

It could be that i586 mirror is up to date and has new version of
libreoffice-opensymbol-fonts noarch package, while x86_64 mirror is not
and doesn't have the new libreoffice packages.
