Yeah, that was the first place I looked.
The only things one can adjust there are actions performed when buttons
pressed/lid closed and the screen brightness. There does not seem to be an
easy to to configure CPU levels.
There is, however, an option to run a script. So supposedly someone could
write a script that will limit the CPU levels, but that's a little beyond
me.
