[Mageia-discuss] kernel update problem?

Hi, 

I'm not sure what caused this, so I can't really make a bug report 
out of it, but some where along the way my Mageia 2's /boot/grub/menu.lst 
got "interesting".  

The line that, I'm sure, was supposed to start as, "kernel (hd0,6)" 
started as "kernel (hd0,0)", and it had "root=/dev/".  Not a 
standard configuration.  It didn't boot.

Has anyone seen anything similar?
