I don't get what you mean:
- GUI based bugzilla: that is not the intend of bug-buddy. It is to
  report crasher bugs
-  bug-buddy into a GUI-form: bug-buddy is already a GUI

FWIW, bug-buddy is pretty broken without patches as it uses non-working
Socorro server. It relies on custom Bugzilla changes, etc.
