This is the best way. I fully agree. The coice of non-free and tainted must 
not be a choice of mageia but a choice of the user.

If there is no network, it should be interresting to warn the user that he has 
no choice until the network is not set-up.
When the network is available for the first time the choice
[  ] DVD
[X] Network
      [X] Updates
      [  ] Backports
      [  ] Nonfree
      [  ] Tainted
must be offered to the user.
