The _submitter_ of the background failed there, sourcing from a work
he shouldn't have, and submitting this to us in the background
contest, claiming he was the author.

We (Mageia) did not double check the submission adequacy (too much
trust into submitters, call it naive) and we get the consequences of
it. It's not like we actively did that mistake.

As Anne says, we may need to only accept original works from peers
_within_ the artwork team (and not anymore from outside contributors
as in such a contest - that will be valid for screensavers too).
