Actually, it is in the .html file, the line :
     <noscript><div><input type="submit" id="lang_submit" value="Hop!" 
/></div></noscript>

just before </form>

It is in the original English as well.  Strange.
It won't be visible if javascript is activated.
(Generally not the case for email.)
