[Mageia-i18n] Website: new page to translate (donate)

Hi Damien,

There was a mistake in translation that I corrected. Here is the new one. If
it will be helpful, I wrote down the corrected line:

Line 148-149: from

"Use "Mageia.Org" in the "Pay to the order of..."
        line.</P>"

to

"&quot;... adına ödeme&quot; satırına &quot;Mageia.Org&quot;
        yazınız.</P>"
