[Mageia-i18n] Turkish blog section help needed

Hi. I have noticed that there is turkish section have opened in Mageia
blog. But i do not understand how to setup wordprees configuration.
May anyone help me?

Also, turkish blog translations will be made by our friend mopened. If
there is any admin account requirement to manage turkish blog section
plz give details and i'll forward them to mopened. Thanks
