[Mageia-i18n] a interesting document for translators

Hi,

while I know there is some veteran of the internationalisation, not
everybody is. I have seen this morning on planet gnome this post
( http://www.translate.org.za/blogs/friedel/en/content/draft-anloc-foss-localisation-manual ) about translation.

While it doesn't cover the workflow used at mandriva ( unless I am
wrong ), I think it is a great reading for people who want to start
their own team, as it contains lots of useful advices and technical
background on the subject.
