Why don't you use some free (as beer) service as Mediafire? Upload
your file to Mediafire and send by e-mail only the link.

I have a Mediafire account. It's easy, it's free, and you have a limit
per file of 200MB. You have unlimited space, but each file can't have
more than 200MB (in free version). IMHO should be enough :)
