[Mageia-i18n] Suggestion for blog translation system

I'd like to suggest that a new entry in the official Mageia blog (EN)
should automatically entered in all language subpages
(blog.mageia.org/xx).

1. Translation teams will get a notice that a new entry has arrived
2. Editing the existing entry is easier than copying the text from the EN page.
3. If the team can not translate the same day or next day at  least
the english version is available (although this can be seen as bad).
