[Mageia-i18n] Suggestion for blog translation system

Could it be possible that the new page created automatically is not
published? Don't know if I'm clear enough.

You have English blog (main) and the Spanish blog.

1.- New post in English blog
2.- Automatically, the "new post" is created as copy of the original,
but in the Spanish blog
3.- The copy of "new post" in Spanish blog is NOT published. However,
translation team is notified. So, if they can't translate the page,
it's not visible.
4.- Once page is translated, the team mark it as "published".
