[Mageia-i18n] Help creating the Romanian blog section

Dear all,

Please, is there any brave soul able to help me starting the Romanian section of 
the Blog?

We've already translated all the posts in Romanian, but how can we post them on 
the Blog?

When I click on http://blog.mageia.org/ro/ it invites me in a step by step 
wizard to create a new WordPress blog (blog name, user name, database name, 
etc.) or to provide a wp-config.php file.

Frankly I'm lost (not a technical guy) and I do not know what to do.
