[Mageia-i18n] Requesting team does not work in Transfix

Rd3tap is in the i18n group, so does viking60. And they are marked as
active in the admin interface. 

If people give me their account and tell me what they did exactly ( like
"I logged, i click on this, this and then this, and on this url, I had
this error message" ) + copy and paste of the traceback, I can take a
look.

But do not expect me to find what is wrong without precise instructions
as I do not use transifex at all ( I just patch it from time to time ).

( Bonus points if the error message is sent on sysadm ml so all
sysadmins can look, and better again if filled as a bug report ( but we
didn't created the proper category yet ) ).
