[Mageia-i18n] New translation teams

Hi,

I just added translation teams for arabic, hindi, punjabi and tamil 
and added Amr Helmy, Simran Gill and Sivarajah Bagerathan to the 
respective teams.

Since you are until now, the only members of your language teams, I 
made you coordinators.

Please upload first the po files from our svn if they exist in our svn:
