Moderation will be done by a specific team.

But moderation is not the same as on a forum, this is more "spam
filtering".

For example, me and others who are de facto moderator on current
installation ( the one @zarb.org ) receive each morning a mail saying
something like this ( real example, with edited email ) :

This was for the mageia-discuss ml 1 week ago. Then we usually go to the
web interface, and check "this is spam, this is spam, this is not
spam" ( or the checkbox "all of this is spam" + "erase" ).

Obviously, the 3 first one are unwanted mail, and the 4th is not. The
goal is to redirect when someone post to a restricted ml, or when
someone use a wrong address, or when a spam evades our spam filter.

So the plan at the new server is to have a team for moderation of all
lists, not just for 1. We could have done the regular way, with
different admin for each list. But that would have been more complex
( ie, have to keep track of who is doing moderation of what, and manage
the fact that some people will leave and some will appear, will take
holidays, etc ), and so would have required more work. 

It is simpler to have 1 team of 3/4 people to take care of the lists
rather than 10 individuals taking care of each a different lists. 
And also have the same set of admin on all ml, so the setup is more
resilient ( ie, if I go to a place without internet for 1 week, another
admin can still connect and change settings, etc ).
