I will start translating the statutes tomorrow. Since there are 17
articles, it could be useful to split the work between the
translators.
Let's say I will translate from article 1 to article 7 included (I'll
go on if nobody translates the rest, but I'd like some help, I don't
have that much free time); if others start translating the articles 8
to 17, please reply to this mail so that we don't translate the same
parts twice.

As Wolfgang said, the initial work should be done by i18n-fr, and we
will need proofreaders from i18n-en. It would be nice so to have
proofreaders from both teams, for there can be mistranslations that
the French-speaking will spot out or language-specific terms that the
English-speaking will use.
