Welcome to the i18n team Xing Wang! (may I ask which one is your first
name? I'm not really familiar with Chinese naming)
As you may have seen, you are the only member of the Chinese
Simplified team registered on this page:
http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=translators:teams
though there are more on the previous page (which was established when
Mageia project started and many people were enthusiastic about
contributing): http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=translators:registered_people

Could you see if you can contact those people to see if there is
already an active Chinese Simplified team, or if they want to join
you?
Your team will need a team leader, and a substitute if there are more
than one people :) Two people from the team can have SVN commit rights
to push the translations made on Transifex to Mageia's SVN (usually
those two people are the leader and the sustitute, but there's no
obligation).

I'll ask the sysadmins to add you to the proper group so that you can
translate using our Transifex. When I will have more info about how
your team is organised, I will see that one or two people from your
team are added to the commiters group.

Regards,
Rémi / Akien
