[Mageia-i18n] Short notice on commiting to svn

Just because I saw it in the svn:

Could you please use "speaking commit messages", for example "update 
of German translation", so somebody looking at it will no at once, 
what has been done.
The exact words don't matter but you should mention that it is about 
translations /po files/... and the language.
