I found the answer: Just add "username@" before "svn.mageia.org", example:

svn co svn+ssh://jacen@svn.mageia.org/svn/soft/identity/CatDap/trunk/lib/CatDap/I18N/
CatDap

We don't user ssh credentials, so we have to specify our user and
password by hand.
