Just the same way Oliver did for the German: you have to download and
edit the PHP file. You copy-paste the part :

   'en' => array(
                    [...]
          ),

after the said part, change 'en' for 'ro' and then you translate all
the strings which are after the "=>". (Do not forget the quotes).
